The main reason I would invest in a new website would be to generate more income. After all, investments are financial inputs with a hope to gain returns.
My websites don't come with a warranty or guarantee, that would be silly. What my websites do is generate returns, improve conversions and decrease bounce rates.

Firstly, I am a freelance web designer based in Oxfordshire, England.
When I am not making websites I am a part-time mountain bike rider, football player, playstation user and beer drinker.
One of my "bad qualities" is making sure that everything works behind the scenes. A little bit like using feathers in a pillow instead of fibers - sure it may not look any different, after all it's still a pillow, but damn is it comfy!
